Thinking back, art and design have always been a passion of mine. I’ve made my way from playing with crayons, markers, colored pencils and sidewalk chalk as a child, to taking art and design classes throughout middle and high school, to finally deciding to establish myself as a designer.

I pride myself in being a versatile designer, producing both digital and tangible solutions. Graphic design is my first love, but interaction and web design are also of particular interest to me now. Understanding one’s audience and how said audience interacts with the environment around them is key in this particular concentration. I enjoy the challenge that goes along with conceptualizing a solution that is not only visually appealing but also effective in its delivery. Additionally, I’ve always placed particular emphasis on structure and organization. These traits lend themselves well to the art of front-end interaction and web design.

Being a designer can be very rewarding, and that’s what I love most about it. There is something very fulfilling about seeing your work published for all to see. Not to mention, effective solutions can spark great reaction from clients and peers.
